Chelsea Midfielder Says Manager Conte Has Put This Word In Their Brains

Former Arsenal Star Claims Chelsea Boss Has Put This Word In The Brain Of Each Chelsea Player

Cesc Fabregas discusses the impact of Antonio Conte since his appointment as the new Chelsea manager last summer.

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has revealed that former Juventus manager and current blues coach Antonio Conte, has successfully drilled the word “win” into the brain of each player at Chelsea.

The Italian boss took over the reins at the Stamford Bridge club last summer after he was announced as Jose Mourinho’s permanent successor.

The west London club finished in tenth position last season but Antonio Conte has remarkably transformed Chelsea into title favourites despite being at the club just over nine months.

The Stamford Bridge club have only lost one of their last 20 games in the Premier League and are even seven points clear of their closest rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Chelsea will now make the short trip to West Ham United in their next Premier League fixture at London Stadium on Monday.

And former Arsenal captain Fabregas speaking to Chelsea’s website about Antonio Conte’s impact at Stamford Bridge, talked on Conte’s obsession with the word “win”.

Cesc said the boss puts the word ‘win’ in their brain nearly every day, and that is a mentality they have to follow.

The Stamford Bridge outfit signed five new players in the last summer transfer window following his appointment as the club’s new manager.
