Former Arsenal Man: The way Antonio Conte Has Done This At Chelsea Is Quite Commendable

Ian Wright has been quite impressed with Antonio Conte's man management skills

Former Arsenal forward Ian Wright has heaped lots of praise on Chelsea new Italian boss Antonio Conte for keeping his Chelsea squad happy despite intense competition for places this current campaign.

Chelsea struggled badly in the 2015-16 season as the west London outfit failed to defend their Premier League crown which saw to Jose Mourinho’s sacking.

And former Italy and Juventus coach Antonio Conte was named as Guus Hiddink’s successor after the Dutch coach had replaced Jose Mourinho on an interim basis.

Antonio Conte masterminded a 2-1 victory against London rivals West Ham United at the London Stadium on Monday night following goals from the duo of Eden Hazard and Diego Costa.

And the former Italy manager has managed to get the best out his key players, find a winning formula at the Stamford Bridge club and keep the fringe members of his squad happy.

And former Arsenal man Ian Wright speaking to The Sun Goals podcast, praised Antonio Conte for his man management skills ahead of their FA Cup quarter-final against Manchester United on Monday.

Wright attested that Conte has done a great job keeping everybody happy considering what the blues were last term and the way they fell off.
