Talented Star Almost Done With Chelsea Summer Switch

Alex Sandro appears to be destined to play in the premier league next season, having been heavily linked with a move to join premier league champions Chelsea this summer.

And in a new development, according to reports coming from Italy, the Stamford Bridge club are ‘a step away’ from signing the Samba star from Juve.

La Stampa reported that a £60 million offer has been submitted by the west London club while Sandro has been offered a contract.

It is understood that the leftback is one of the blues priority targets but his Turin club do not want to give in as it would send out a signal of weakness.

Sandro's club are said to have attempted to counter the blues approach by offering a deal of their own worth £4.4m a season, but it is understood that the Brazilian star has not yet responded and is said to be attracted to the idea of moving to west London.

Alex has also told his representatives that he wants to leave Turin this summer and so, the Serie A champions are already lining up replacements for him and are currently exploring two options.

They intend bringing back Leonardo Spinazzola from his loan at Atalanta, and have been linked with Man United's Matteo Darmian.
